OMG. Worst customer service in the world. Just went to the store to get my man's bracelet sized. I bought it for a xmas gift in Woodbridge store (they are excellent), and just happened to be close to Brunswick Mall, so figured we could get a link (yes 1 link) taken out. I was told in Woodbridge I could get it sized after xmas & I had 90 days to get a warranty if i wanted. (may i add, the bracelet cost $300+), so the young kid asks if he could help us while putting down his cup of yogurt and proceeds to tell us he needs to check if there will be a charge, I told him I just bought it and just need it sized, he goes to ask his MANAGER, but she didn't feel like getting off the phone so he asked his ASSISTANT MANAGER, who was also about 12 years old. He comes back & tells us it's a $15 charge, so I asked to talk to the manager , he points to the assistant who still refuses to get up off her lazy ass. We walk to her & I told her the same story that she already knows and her response was "it's just like a watch, it's $15" & she was very proud to tell me her name was Alisa. Well Alisa, great customer service from the assistant manager. We now know why there wasn't a customer in your store. Whatever your salary is, Kay Jewelers is definitely overpaying you by about $20 an hour. I'm sure you don't make that much with your attitude. Just for everybody's future reference, walk down to the watch repair guy Nathan & he fixed two pieces of jewelry for $8 each. I will still go to Kay Jewelers, but never again to Brunswick Mall. You have a lot to learn about retail, Elisa. Next time I'll stick with Woodbrige

Absolutely horrible place. They sold us a engagement ring and claimed it was solid white gold, but after we got it appraised we find out it was not. We spent $3000 on it and the appraiser said it was only worth not even $1000. Further more the ring easily got damaged and their protection policy refused to fix it. They held our ring for over two months before telling us they didn't want to fix it because repairing or replacing it would take out of their bonuses. Lots of issues with this place.
