This is going to become my go-to coffee shop in Ventura County. The woman who served me my coffee was so down-to-earth and friendly! She asked how sweet I wanted my vanilla latte, which was unexpected--I can't think of the last time I was asked that at a coffee shop. Lots of seating. Nice restroom. I love that they have mugs for if you're staying there. They have a bookshelf with books you can thumb through too.  Also, vegans and otherwise non-dairy folk take note: Kay's is one of the only (the only?) coffee shops in VC  where you can get soy or almond milk AT NO EXTRA CHARGE! Kay's just gets it, man.  This coffee shop seems to attract customers with great vibes too! Definitely recommend!

We came here almost every day of our trip. Would highly recommend the latte or the cold brew. Barista is the daughter of owner "Kay." There is another location in Ventura, CA. Place is clean and follows an aviation theme. The coffee was delicious and there were options to buy coffee beans from their partnership with Beacon Espresso

I want to like this place, but the espresso drinks are hit or miss depending on barista.  $4.20 for a cappuccino is pretty excessive. Beacon coffee is good but better at the beacon roaster proper.

Great small coffee shop.  If you order for here they have house mugs which you can drink out of.  They use becon locally roasted coffee so you can be sure you are getting a fresh cup of coffee.

Great drinks and friendly service. A nice stop on a freeway trip that beats the chain coffee shops any day.
