I haven't experienced the legitimate flavors of Japan since I was there last in 1983. As soon as the first bite touched my lips, I was transported to flavor heaven. Very simply, the food was incredibly delicious, my wife and I will return soon. I can't speak to decor, ambiance, or price, as none of those things concern me when the food is this superb.
