Rude driver with no professionalism. Left me at my pickup location and decided to take a different customer. Extremely condescending. You're better off with uber for the punctuality, demeanor and price.

I spoke with the lady that answered the phone. Kept putting me on hold complaining that her other lines are ringing and that I was holding up her lines. I tried to give her the address and she hung up on me!! I called again and she didn't even apologize!! The WORST service I have ever had with someone over the phone. The lady is a joke and she needs to learn how to control her attitude because she has HORRIBLE customer service skills!! If I wasn't in desperate need of getting a taxi for one of my drivers I would of never used them. HORRIBLE!!

The below review is hard to believe. Periodically, we use KB services and have never had anything but a pleasant experience; from the staff who answers the phone to the drivers. Even the cars and vans are always spotless and clean. Other cab services have been disappointing but so far, never KB, they are always on time and honest (sometimes they get booked up over holiday weekends so I've learned to reserve ahead if we need them).
