Very knowledgeable staff that will even help resolve easy issues over the phone.  Close to Whitewater campus so students are able to get real help without the huge service fees.

As a local guide who tested them with a broken laptop I can safely say THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF! 

They're as crooked as the Mob. I putty the people who've left good reviews because they've likely not realized the corners they've cut and intentional misdiagnosis' they've given.

I had a laptop taken there as a test. The disk partition is corrupt and the screen cracked, but the laptop still works.

For giggles I let a relative bring it in. They gave a quote of $800 for repairs, saying the drive and motherboard were destroyed in the drop with the screen. Any moron technician can see the motherboard passed POST and the computer was trying to boot into Windows and was doing a BSOD mini dump as it booted.

I'm reinstalling Windows without replacing either component. They are out to take advantage of you.

Oh and the degenerates didn't even get the model number of the laptop right. They put the model of the wireless card instead because they were to stupid to actually find it was an HP envy m7.

Both times I brought my computer in for a repair they lost some of the screws.

Great local shop to take your computer or pick up a few adapters. I've always been treated with kindness, and always gotten help where it's been needed.
