I was traveling along and my alternator on my Hyundai Santa Fe just died right in front of the Mobil gas station just where KDM Car Clinic garage was.  Not having AAA and being from Staten Island I did not have many options on Friday 8pm.  Upon talking and getting help from Gil the gas pump attendant I decided to leave it for KDM Car Clinic to fix given several 5 star reviews I found online.  I have to admit I was very hesitant since KDM specializes in high end cars and feared I would be paying astronomically jacked up prices, but I have to say it was a blessing in disguise to have my truck die in front of KDM Car Clinic because Ken was honest and took the time to explain all my questions and concerns at a FAIR and REASONABLE price.  I am grateful to Ken and his staff for such honest work and reasonable prices where most  others would have taken advantage!

Ken is the most knowledgeable when it comes to diagnosing and fixing any issues with cars. His experience isn't just limited to European cars, and his intelligence is obvious. He's very reasonable and honest, which helps make working with him painless and stress free. I have recommended Ken and his team to more than 4 people and they have all come away happy with their experience. From big to small, you won't be disappointed here.

Ken Modina, the owner of KDM Car Clinic has serviced our vehicles for 5 years.  He is friendly, honest, experienced and is a BMW technician. It's a great feeling to trust your mechanic and a good mechanic is hard to find, so we feel lucky. I recommend him highly to anyone who owns an import vehicle, especially if you are paying high prices for dealer service.

I have an Audi A4 and I have been to 3 other "German and European specialists" and none of them were credible. They overcharged me for the work and didn't even properly fix my issues. Ken is the best! He knows what he's doing and provides extremely exceptional customer service. He let me order the parts myself since I found them for cheaper and didnt charge me extra for bringing my own parts and let me keep my car there in his lot for 3-4 days with no charge until the parts arrived and he could do the work. Definitely recommend him for anyone with an audi/vw, bmw, or Mercedes.
