Zero stars if I could.  My parents enlisted Mr. Keating's help to work out a student loan lawsuit by predatory trust National Collegiate Student Loan Trust.  When I got on the phone to speak to him myself because 1. I had taken out the student loan and 2. my parents don't speak English fluently, he accused me of "misleading his clients" my parents mind you and continued to hurl a barrage of insults at me.  This man screamed at me as if I had just run over his cat AND IT WAS THE FIRST TIME and only time WE HAD EVER SPOKEN.  He stopped calling my parents and next thing we know we have a lien on our family home that I am still working on getting cleared.  So, if you are looking for someone who is tempermental, insulting and angry Mr. Keating is your guy.  Good luck.
