Mrs. Myers acknowledges not allowing me to make any reports to CPS , police or any governing agencies with out her consent, when we became her client.  When my daughters father frustratingly grabbed and threatened me at an an exchange because neither of us got responses from this office over immediate custody issues, I respected her wishes by phoning thus office the next morning and informing  the office of what look place the night before ..Mrs. Meyers  responded with an email 1 hour and 15 minutes later with ; Your case is out of control and I no longer wish to represent you, while inferring that the case is to highly contentious. 2 weeks later when my daughter again was put in a situation that would alarm the Red Cross the office responded :If you want to protect your daughter immediately you need to sign the substitution of attorney. Or you can wait 30 days until she would go to the courts and request to be released....I should of hired another attorney to go after her for dropping a client in a criss situation.

I went to Pat Myers for assistance filing a QDRO for half of my x-husband's  pension. This was put in my device papers.Right from the start he had me do all of the leg work, finding names and phone numbers. He has only answered one email and I call once to twice a week and am told that he is just now going over my file or he is just now reviewing my file and no one can give me any update or status. My credit card is being drawn, nothing done. This man will take your money and your file will never see the light. Sad, I am a very easy going person so it took me 4 months to figure out that I was being played for my money.
