Everyone who mentions the Keene DMV to me says how slow it is, etc. Well let me tell you, I have lived in NJ and CA and both those states require a full day in most circumstances, I mean 5-8 hours. People at the door 1+ hours before opening lined up around the building. The Keene DMV is a great compared to my past experience. Longest time I have waited was 20 minutes to complete the entire transaction. Keep up the good work!

Awful. And what good or service, exactly, am I paying for here? They want money from me each year on my birthday, in exchange for a couple of stickers. Why do I need these stickers? What purpose do they serve? How do they help me? And they're expensive! And I'm standing in line for an hour to pay for them?? I feel I'm being stolen from, and if I don't allow it, I'll be punished by a man with a gun and his buddy in a black mumu. Hey DMV! When you've got a monopoly, why bother improving service, right? Heh! Just keep on being terrible garbage. Why change now after 70 years and the money still keeps rolling in.

Not acceptable to have to wait over an hour to to register a vehicle. I wish I could have given a negative number
