Will did a fantastic job selling my house. I was out of state and he went out of his way to ensure the various contractors and service providers could access the home to provide the requested services. The house was constantly being showed and sold quickly for 99% of the asking price.

We absolutely love Kell and Co and would recommend working with them for both buying and selling! We worked in particular with Will Kell, he is an amiable, congenial, knowledgeable and diligent realtor. He helped us sell our home in record time for more than list price. Working all hours of the week and weekends to help us out, answer our questions, and meet our needs. He continues to move forward with us now to help us find new land for a small build. We highly recommend Kell and Co!

I recently worked with Kell & Co. to sell my home and was thoroughly impressed with the level of professional and personalized attention they provided through out the entire transaction.  Nora Kell and the team at Kell & Co. were always available to answer my questions and supported the process from the initial market research all the way through the closing.  I am more than satisfied with my choice to go with Kell and Co. and I will recommend this team to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
