They may be ok for charter trips, but their commuter service is terrible. Particulary the 830 run from Calvert County. The run no. 24 in the afternoon gets the worst review since they can seem to arrive at the stop on time, if they show up at all. They can't keep good drivers, either. Been riding for over 20 years and it has been going down hill for about 5 years. I know folks who have switched to other runs out of the Equestrian Center just to get better service from other bus companies.

There are a few good drivers. Other than that most are bitter and jetk the heck out of you with the way they drive.

Often late. The drivers slam on the brakes the entire ride. Wifi is unreliable if it is even available. Many of the buses smell strongly of urine from the restroom at the back.

The bus that I was catching home today picked up a disabled passenger before he arrived at the bus stop. There were several passengers including another disabled passenger who had been waiting for at least 10 to 15 min., in the hot sun. I am just wondering what makes this passenger more special than the disabled passenger who was already waiting? Furthermore, if the driver felt like waiting for this guy why didn't he let the passengers who were already lined up bored first. The bus driver was PhilL and he argued with the disabled lady when she questioned his decision and told her he would call Keller for her if she had a complaint. Please post your priority seating for disabled passengers who are arriving after the pick up time. Do they get picked up when they are halfway to the bus stop, while other passengers have been waiting? Do they get to cut on front of the line after other passengers who arrived before pickup time? This is what happened today.
