Definitely not recommend George Blum as your buyer Realtor. He ordered almost $600 home inspection without my permission or even asked me. No professional. He scheduled final walk just half hour before we need to drive to the title company for closing.  The final walk didn't go through, because of the very dirty carpet. We asked $500 or back out from this purchase. He played this show. He called his wife first,  bla bla bla. Then told me and my husband, he cancelled his wife trip to new York, and he would give us the $500. 
We trusted him. And signed the closing paperwork. He got his commission. After that moment he denied he promised us to give $500. I call him a big player and huge cheater.  Very bad example of Realtors.

Would not recommend Jennifer Kirk. Huge lack of communication on her part, not showing up to appointments , having us fill out an application and fee only to tell me my dog wasn’t allowed when she said they were fine prior, now she’s not returning my messages. Going somewhere else.

I'm forced to rate you at least 1 star when you deserve 0! 
Your agent's behavior was while showing my neighbors home today was completely unprofessional, rude, racist and uncalled for!
My neighbor and her family reside in the home you're trying to show and have the right to protect their belongings from any damage. They also have the right to have a flag in their home,afterall, they DO live in it. What was extremely disturbing was the agents behavior upon leaving the residence. Instead of driving past us while we were talking on the lawn, she CHOSE to stop in front of us and yell at my neighbor calling her "white trailer park trash"!!!
I was floored! As a property manager not only was this appalling behavior but down right unprofessional!! What kind of agents are you allowing to show homes?? Debrosia Griffin defended the agents behavior by stating that my neighbor had a small conferedate flag in the spare bedroom!?? You're showing a HOUSE, not the residents! No, im not white but any remarks such as this are offensive!  SHAME ON YOU!!
