They were the selling agent, closed on a home in April 2017. As of today, July 23, 2017, they still have not removed their agent lock box off of the door. I have called and complained and left messages with the agent and her broker, who has not returned any of my calls. Absolutely ridiculous, how can you enjoy your new home with a lock box on it? Really!!!! They are horrible and I do not recommend them at all!!!!😡😡😡😡 They don't even deserve 1 star!

Bob Bissell is awesome! Worked patiently with us until we found the perfect home for us, negotiated the price, warranty and more. It was a pleasure working with him and I highly recommend him!!

Unprofessional.  I have a small sign on my door stating "no soliciting, please do not leave literature".  I live in Summergrove where we are constantly bombarded with all types of desperate businesses and salespersons.  This company disregarded my sign of "no soliciting" and jammed their literature through the door seal of my home.  Can't leave it on the ground or anywhere else, instead,  "jammed" it through my front door!  (disrespectful and unprofessional)  I could never recommend this company or VanDyk mortgage (whose name was also on the literature) after this.

Disappointed in customer service after we had to terminate based on city of Fayetteville and DOT restrictions on the property . It took 8 WEEKS,  and much prodding, to receive our $1000 earnest money back.
