AWFUL!  

My sister and I rented a home from this agent at the end of August last summer.  The home was dirty and infested with mice.  We awoke on our second day to our food being eaten and mouse droppings on countertops and in drawers.  Our contract with them said that we could have a comparable property if for any reason the rental became inhabitable.  We then proceeded to move our entire families 2 more times for a total of 3 moves in one week long "vacation" (one move was on my son's 16th birthday).  The realtor promised us a $1000 refund which despite numerous emails and phone calls she will not send.  I would not recommend this agency to anyone.
