Pat Hackley, one of the agents that is employed here, managed a property we were leasing. She has been very rude and demeaning. She lost/misplaced our August rent check. She left a voicemail which I still have asking if I could "check our account to see if it had cleared". I spoke with her and she asked me to send another check. I did and I even wrote in the memo "2nd August Rent". At the end of our lease we didn't receive our full deposit back because the landlord thought August rent was late. If August rent was late wouldn't she have added a LATE FEE at that time???!!!! We contacted Pat and she acted clueless and said it was our fault. I even forwarded the voicemail recording she left, in which she implied that the check was deposited! $75 is not a lot of money but it is OUR money. I have never received such horrible customer service. Shame on Keller Williams for employing such a person. I will attempt to contact management. Will update

We just bought a house from a person who was represented by this office. After we signed the closing documents,  we head over to the house to find out that the homeowner had dumped a ton of junk there for us to remove. We contacted the seller's agents to ask that they have it cleaned up, but of course we've been completely ignored! Very unprofessional! Too bad I can't attach photos of the mess these agents allowed their client to leave behind. I know for sure that after this incident I wont EVER use Keller Williams!
