Elizabeth spent months viewing at least a dozen homes with us. She is tireless, works really hard and is very flexible with our schedules. She is knowledgeable and thorough. When a good home came on the market while she was away on her previously planned vacation, Todd stepped right in to assist. Elizabeth continued to work from overseas when we made an offer on the house, during escrow and throughout the whole process. Todd and Miro were terrific as well. They are truly a great team.

Working with Todd and Elizabeth was a breeze. They were both very accommodating to our busy schedules and set up showings and inspections at our most convenient times. Not once did we feel pressured. Todd is positively unlike any realtor you've ever worked with. Super responsive and on the ball, yet cool, calm and collected at all times. Todd helped me and my wife successfully sell our condo at well over market value while helping us purchase our first home at a great deal - yep, on contingency...that's quite the accomplishment. And his team was there every step of the way making sure all pieces were in place and all third parties had what they needed to close TWO PLACES IN UNDER 30 DAYS! Todd & team is the best there is and I highly recommend him. Seriously.

My fiancé and I decided to sell our townhouse to upgrade in to a larger home and start a family. After hearing about Todd working with other home owners in our area and seeing their success we decided to give him a call. From the minute we met Todd we could see he was truly a professional in all   areas and he had that drive and determination to get the job done. Not only did Todd sell our home with in the first few days of it being listed, but it created a bidding war and we received a final offer well over the asking price and higher than any comp in the area! The transaction was smoother and easy. Todd also represented us on the buying side as well. He was there 24/7 to answer any and all questions we had. We found the perfect home to move in to and the transaction was once again smooth and easy. Todd not only helped us negotiate an amazing purchase price but he was also able to land us some large numbers when it came to seller credits. Again, thank you for everything Todd and we look forward to working with you again in the near future!

I had the pleasure of working with Todd selling our house in Newbury Park.  I was impressed with him from the start - he is very professional, always available for questions and advice via phone or text, he takes the time to explain paperwork and processes, he is thoughtful, honest and super patient.  I've never sold a house so I had a lot of questions and even if  I texted him at 10 pm he would respond immediately.  Todd is the epitome of efficiency!!!! I also learned after we hired him, that he has a GREAT reputation with his competitors.  I would highly recommend Todd to anyone as the BEST realtor in Newbury Park/Thousand Oaks and surrounding areas.
