Kelley and Ryan are violating MGL Ch. 60A §2Aby not clearing the excise tax on 1 of my vehicle which states 
Mark relates to the Registration of a Single Vehicle
Where the non-renewal mark has been placed on the registration of a single vehicle, the mark should be removed upon payment of the total amount due on that vehicle. The
collector should not refuse to remove the mark because excises are due on other vehicles.
This is extortion and if it has happened to anybody else let me know because I intend to go to the State Attorney General

I spoke to a gentleman for my late payment, he was so nice he gave me all the informations that i needed to process my payment online, it was very easy and quick. Hopefuly they keep up good workers like him.

I just called the number listed on my tax bill, and spoke to someone named Michael at Kelley & Ryan. After being interrupted several times and spoken to rudely, he informed me that it wasn't his job to repeat and/or spell the url where I could make a payment—that I should just walk into one of their locations (which ALSO aren't listed on the bill I received). I have never been treated more disrespectfully.
