Amazing programs not only for Adults,  but also for kids

A good solid gym with great bang for the buck. I work out there and it's always clean. The staff is good for beginners and intermediates. However, if you're expecting 24 Hour Fitness, and all those fun amenities, this isn't it. But you will get a great atmosphere where fitness is very important. There are few drawbacks for weightlifters such as the rule of not dropping weights hard on the floor. But for people who just want to get fit, this is the right place.

I have been a client at the gym since Kelly purchased it in 2010 and I am amazed at the constant upgrades of cardio equipment as well as general upkeep of the facility. I do personal training there and I have thoroughly enjoyed all of the trainers I have worked with! Great yoga classes too!

Wow..for a small town fitness center, this facility has everything. Group exercise..zumba, yoga, bootcamps and a terrific gym. I had a massage and sunless tan too, it was a great day and experience. The staff was very cordial. Sara
