Dr. Sosa made me feel very comfortable speaking to her. She listened to my needs and even better; I didn’t seem rushed. This was my very 1st time visiting her and I’m pleased today, I’m happy to have her as my doctor. I must add that Dr. Sosa’s nurse was also a sweat heart as well.
I loved everything about this visit. Everyone makes u feel so special. I weren’t in there for maybe 30 minutes. Everybody so professional. Thank the good Lord I have finally found a good doctor that cares about me. She is the sweetest and knowledgeable dr. So happy with this place
Just wanted to thank you Kelli for not seeing my mom the week leading up to her stroke. She didn’t have covid or flu or RSV but you refused to see her and told her to go the hospital. By this time you had known her for many years and how strong headed she was. I’m not even sure you know but she died of a stroke that same week who doctors at the hospital said could have been from her cough. I just wanted to thank you for your concern for her. She was the most important person in my life and the strongest person I knew. Dr. Meador never would have passed her off the way you did. Do I blame you for her death? In part yes. I think your concern for yourself and just the lack of concern for your long term patients caused you to have a lapse in judgment. I hope you can live with it but I’ll never forget and forgive.
We were seen early. They care that is provided is top notch. Kelly is up to date with all recent medical news and gives great care to all her patients.
Kelly soso is one of the sweetest nicest and understanding doctor I have ever. She cares about her patients she's understanding she listens and she tells you just like it is that she is going to do everything possible for you her staff is great I'm terrified of doctors and her nurse call me down and told me I have nothing to worry about to. Me personally would refer her to anybody that I know they are going to let you know when your test results comes in. When they call and tell you these test results they just tell you straight up. There's something wrong and that they are doing all they can to get you appointments and referrals they going to do everything they can there to help you get better. So do you think you're something wrong with you or if you're sick I recommend you go to Kelly cuz she's a great nurse practitioner. Thanks Kelly Sosa
Dr Sosa cares about the needs of her patients, she's a good listener and takes the correct course of action. I only regret that she is in Madison 3 days a week. Her staff is kind and very professional.
The receptionist told me to come to the clinic and call when I got to the parking lot. Then they called me on my drive there and said they were trying to log me in for the telehealth visit. I asked how was I supposed to get checked for Strep if I had a telehealth visit. I insisted that I’m in the parking lot and not leaving until I have my throat checked. I finally got the throat culture a nurse did come out to the car and then ultimately had a nice telehealth chat with Kelly Sosa. They called me again on my drive home and was unaware that someone had seen me while I was in my car. Kelly was pleasant and apologetic that it got mixed up.. She told me to call if I needed anything called in for my post nasal drip or cough. This was on a Wednesday. On Friday morning I was miserable so I called and asked for something to be called in. A young lady took a message. I called again at 3. Another young lady took a message. I finally called the 3rd time at 4:50 and this young lady told me that nothing would get called in because Kelly Sosa isn’t there on Thursday’s and Fridays. I was VERY UPSET That I was THIS sick and nobody cared to tell me that I wouldn’t get anything called in. It was rude and disrespectful to your patient. I will never use this clinic again. They were unorganized initially. And they were unorganized even when I called back to ask that something be called in.
My appointment with Kelly Sosa was very nice, everyone was polite, the office was very clean and they got me in on time there was no waiting. Kelly was very kind and easy to talk with, she made me feel comfortable. This was my first visit but certainly not my last because I'm keeping her as my PCP!
Kelly has always been wonderful. She takes the time to actually listen to you.
The wait was not too long. Kelly is very friendly and knowledgeable about my issue.
