My aunt died last Thur and I needed to send a nice pink flower arrangement but I am not very good with flowers. Judy was so helpful in so many ways I just have to say Thank you again Judy. My cousin called to tell me how fresh and beautiful the flowers were.

I called today to get a Teleflora bouquet called "Make A Wish". I specifically asked the young lady if they had all the flowers as shown in Teleflora photo and she stated "yes". The price from Kellyco was higher than Teleflora. While customer service was good and the delivery was done quickly the arrangement looked nothing like what I had ordered based on the "DELUXE" on line photo. The only flowers used in the online description were carnations, and they appeared to be the wrong color. There was tons of greenery and fillers and the quantity of flowers in no way resemble the Teleflora Deluxe version. In that I was specifically told all the flowers were available I am shocked and disappointed with the quality of this arrangement . At no time did the clerk mention they would have to substitute and this was discussed more than once in the conversation. I understand substitutions are a common event but to have the majority of flower varieties substituted with just mums and carnations, to not follow the design, color pallette and a bunch of filler put in the arrangement is unacceptable, especially after pointedly inquiring if the flowers were available. I feel I could have done better buying 12.00 worth of flowers from Publix and have contacted the company for a refund.
