Story

Kelowna Dental Centre is a General Dentistry clinic happily accepting new patients and families.
Our services include family dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, implant dentistry, IV sedation, ICAT 3D technology, nitrous oxide and oral sedation, wisdom tooth extractions, evening hours, direct billing to insurance, in house denturist, and much more. Can some see what makes us different.

At Kelowna Dental Centre our focus is on Family Dentistry and we view our clinic as a true centre for oral health. We place a strong emphasis on educating patients, allowing them to make the best decisions for their oral health. Our goal is to create individualized ‘Life’ treatment plans, which essentially are specific plans for each individual with a focus on prioritizing treatment based on urgency and need. We take a comprehensive approach to your oral health, looking a the big picture, and have a strong emphasis on prevention and maintenance.

My latest experience at Dr. Webster's office was amazing. He was able to save my tooth which I was so afraid would need an implant and I can't thank him enough. He is definitely a dentist you can trust and know he is not out there just to make money, he genuinely cares about you and does his best to make sure you're comfortable and at ease. This was my first crown ever and with the nitrous oxide it was a breeze. I highly, highly recommend Dr. Webster for a dentist, his staff is also a pleasure to deal with, Krista is very kind and helped make the crowning process an easy one for me. Overall I'm very happy with my experiences at Dr. Webster's office and look forward to my visits!

I cannot say enough positive words about my experiences at Kelowna Dental Centre. The level of quality and care that Dr. Webster and his team exhibit through their work is what sets them apart from every other dentist. At a previous dental group in Kelowna I found that I would be pressured into costly services that were unnecessary and conveniently were not covered by my insurance, despite expressing that this is very important to me (especially as a student). At another location I found that the patient care was lacking immensely, given that a simple procedure such as a cleaning would be extremely painful. In contrast to this, ever since being a patient of Dr. Webster I have felt at ease, comfortable, and confident in the care that I am receiving. During my wisdom teeth extraction the Kelowna Dental Centre team did everything in their power to make sure that my experience was as easy and painless as possible. Furthermore, the receptionists at Kelowna Dental Centre truly go the extra mile to ensure that the maximum coverage is applied, not to mention the direct billing, and quick service! I can absolutely say that this is the best dental group in Kelowna! Thanks Kelowna Dental Centre!

Dr. Webster and his staff instill a great feeling of confidence through patience and professionalism. Recently going through my first experience of having crowns (2) installed, I experienced some discomforts. There was the potential for a route canal. Rather than diving (drilling) right in, Dr. Webster took a different approach as he wasn't certain of the cause. Performing a multitude of tests, checks and minor adjustments, he discovered I did NOT need a route canal, but some minor bite adjusting. The discomfort subsided. I have major dental anxiety from difficult experiences when I was a young, in another town. Moving to Dr. Webster's office 3 years ago has made a major difference in my dental health, personal well being and outlook on strong healthy teeth for the future. I most definitely recommend Kelowna Dental Centre and Dr. Webster as one of the best dentists in the Okanagan, if not BC!

The dental professionals here are the most pleasant and friendly people I have ever had as a patient. Dr Dahia and her hygienist assistant in particular are extremely gentle and effective with their work. Very nice to see modern cutting edge equipment and technology being used, the 360° head scan and pristine aesthetic in the office leaves a good impression. Also fantastic to see young professionals being employed who have the most current and up to date knowledge. I highly recommend becoming a patient here especially for people new to the area, You will be pleasantly surprised and any have anxiety about dental procedures melted away.

I loved my experience getting my teeth looked after with care at The Kelowna Dental Centre. I had old fillings taken out and composites put in. More importantly, they recreated a molar tooth in my mouth that had been overlooked by many other dentists. I have a whole new smile and a molar that I didn't have for 13 plus years. Great service, caring staff, direct billing and checking in with me during each dental procedure on how I was feeling really won me over. I work in tourism and write reviews for restaurants so that tourists can have truly exceptional experiences, which means when I give a referral I choose very carefully. This would be my referral for dental procedures. My female dental surgeon broke the mold when it came to making my composites look so realistic that even my closest friends can't tell where my cavities or old fillings had been. plus...and this is a huge deal...she wore a light on her head the entire time just like a professional surgeon. Just awesome!
