We travelled with children on what we didn't realize was a Irish festival weekend (which translates to late nights and very loud neighbors) we stayed in the newer rooms busy street side for first night which was very loud.  Probably could have gotten through that had we not been woken up a few times throughout the night by our elephant late night partying  upstairs neighbors.  We were scheduled to stay another night but were very wary of staying another night after night 1.  Called the manager in morning and he was super helpful.  Explained the festival and apologized for the bad experience upgraded us to a suite (slightly dated but still nice) which was great for the kids on the other side of hotel.  We appreciated his attention to our needs and although we had preferred to have avoided the previous nights unnecessary lack of sleep we felt they made up for the events that were out of their control.  Breakfast in am was really good for continental and if you're patient when it's busy to wait for a table it's worth it.  Pool and hot tub were clean had to walk outside to access but overall was great for the kids.  Wifi in our first room (updated side) was better, recommend requesting a room inside the new wing not street access and you will enjoy your stay. Cheers

We had a lot of luggage, but unfortunately they did not have an elevator. Otherwise, the rooms were nice, clean and well-equipped. There was A.C. and also a fan which is good for warm days. I also liked that they had a pool. The lobby staff were friendly and the lobby (as well as the building overall) were clean. Continental breakfast was provided with a selection of pancakes, bagels, cereals and boiled eggs. Although the breakfast didn't have the usual bacon/sausage and scrambled eggs, it was sufficient and still good. But I would suggest eating breakfast early since they need to clean up at 10:30am sharp and everyone is asked to leave.

Amazing place to live while visiting the city. Breakfast was nice as well! Room was clean and the air conditioning is a life saver. Staff was professional and friendly and the overall stay was very satisfying.

Everything you need. Rooms are fine. Breakfast is a bonus. Good location. Great value for money

My stay at the Kelowna Inn and Suites has been very good so far. Our first room was facing the main road and loud so when we asked to get a back facing room they were quick to accommodate us. The room is clean and comfortable and thankfully much quieter. Will stay again.
