My husband had a great experience here. We saw the doctor, he went for his sleep study and within a couple weeks we had a machine for him. The ladies at the front were awesome with helping with our insurance and the tech has been really helpful in answering our questions and showing him how the machine works. Thank you Kelowna Sleep Clinic we are finally both getting a good nights sleep!

Edit: This did start as a 5 star review and I still believe the front ladies and the doctor deserve 5 stars however we had an issue with a part we needed replaced and instead of trying to help us understand the policy the lab tech told us to find another clinic. I will absolutely not recommend Kelowna Sleep Clinic. I feel they are only interested in getting your money and after that they do not care. Please avoid and try another clinic.

For a sleep clinic, it was thee best set up ever!  The staff is so friendly & helpful.  The doctors are fantastic as well.  I never felt rushed or pressured about anything.  Only thing I would recommend might be ear plugs if you're a light sleeper.  And don't worry about the wires they hook up to you before you go to sleep.  They're taped on well. You can toss & turn in your sleep to a point & they won't come off.  Very clean & up-to-date facility.  Would highly recommend this clinic.

I had to spend a night here and it felt like being in a very nice hotel. I found the workers and doctors to be super nice. My 2 follow up visits were very pleasant. Unfortunately for me I have to use a machine to breathe now but it's made a huge difference in my life for the better.

Excellent staff doctors and techs.
Beds were comfortable. Just make sure if you set an alarm to have it at arms reach for the morning.

Biggest waste of time ever. Absolutely no help, or guidance. Just arrogant remarks of how none of my problems are their fault??? Poor doctors, with a poorly ran lab. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone!!
