I've been using Ken to handle my accounting, payroll and taxes since 1991. I had been doing my own tax returns up until I decided I was in over my head. I was referred to Ken by a customer. In our initial meeting Ken offered to check my past returns for accuracy. He found that I had overpaid by many thousands of dollars and I subsequently got a nice refund check. Needless to say, I was impressed and continue to be impressed by Ken's expertise and personable manner.

After meeting quarterly with Ken for 25 plus years, I feel I have gotten to know him well professionally and personally. I would not hesitate to recommend him and I have recommended him to many of my friends and business associates. His staff is knowledgeable and friendly and when I call or stop in, I'm greeted by my first name. Pam and Jolene are delightful to work with and are always ready and able to answer any questions I have. 

I have had two businesses under Ken's watchful eye and am currently starting another one and I typically contact him before making any major decisions. I've never been steered wrong. Ken is not only an expert CPA, he has an uncanny knack for business. I've gotten many good ideas from him regarding running my businesses that have paid off. 

Ken told me he believes happiness and success result from being a good person and that's what he is. I would describe him as knowledgeable, trustworthy, friendly and kind.

Ken has been doing my personal and business taxes for 13 years.  He has always been a valuable resource.   I like that I can just call him up and he will help me directly with issues, I enjoy his personable approach to business.  Ken is so down to earth, you can ask him any financial question without being made to feel inexperienced in the financial world.  
He is trustworthy and a genuine person.  I highly recommend Ken for all your tax and business needs.

Kenny has been preparing my taxes for 40yrs. He explains everything thoroughly. I've never had a problem because of his expertise. Also, he and the entire staff are VERY nice.

I use Ken Franzmeier &  Co for my business as well as personal taxes. Before using his services, I was utilizing one of the many online tax preparation services. After meeting with Ken, I immediately saw that his expertise and knowledge would greatly benefit my business. He not only saved me literally tens of thousands of dollars, but his business insight has allowed me to grow 5 fold. I trust him and his staff with my business and without them all, I wouldn't be nearly as successful. His staff is professional and extremely courteous. I will continue to recommend Ken to all of my colleagues and can't express how much his services have benefited my business. Thanks Ken and staff!!

Sir,

   I have just suffered the insult of having my tax forms presented to me at triple speed, standing up at the counter in your waiting room without  the benefit of any privacy. Pam presented page after page and snatched them away the moment I could focus on them. Even after asking her multiple multiple times to PLEASE let me see, read and understand the important information that was being presented. The result of this encounter is that I have signed, against my better judgment the paperwork prepared by your office. I hope to god it’s in order because based on my treatment in your office I have no reason to expect anything.

   I will NOT be utilizing your services again and I most certainly WILL share my experience with everyone I possibly can.

Carl- have been in the business over 40 years, as a CPA and with a Masters in Business. I know the kind of work we do.  Pam has been here for over 28 years.  Over the course of those years, she has “waited” on well over 10,000 people in my estimation.  You are the 1st to EVER complain about her.  Your return was prepared by one of my CPAs, also with many years of experience, with the documents you supplied us.  I have reviewed copies of those documents in our file and the return is accurate with what you gave us from verification of your filing status on down through the return.  Those documents you received from various institutions also go to the IRS for cross referencing a return with proper SSN, filing status and deductions.
