Ken and his team are the most knowledgeable, respectful, timely and professional insurance people you will ever work with.  Their attention to detail along with providing the proper coverage is second to none!  I will not even consider going to another insurance provider.

I would highly recommend Ken Heiner for your State Farm agent.  He and his entire staff are very professional, courteous and efficient in handling your insurance needs.  I know that if I have a claim, it will be handled promptly and I have nothing to stress about.  In addition, there is always a follow up to be sure we have no other concerns.
