Food is really good and fresh. The Italian Sausage was one of the best I've had at a breakfast place. Staff was very nice and quick. If you like things on the spicy side, I would definitely ask for the AZ Gunslinger. Just a great experience!!

Always great food! Fast service. Don't be fooled by the lines if you get there late, it's totally worth the wait! .... Ask for the hash browns extra crispy.... Thank me later.

I have gone there when its not so busy did not have to wait. That is the best time to go. On those days I would say the my are 4 stars. But the majority of time I have been there I have waited extremely long times to sit, and extremely long times for food with a couple errors in my food. With wait staff that seemed to busy to care about corrections or about refilling my drinks. Avoiding making eye contact as they zoom by. And they try to smile but seem sp stressed you can often sense sarcasm and annoyance when they serve you. On those days I rate them 1 star for poor customer service. So to avoid this crappy wait time and service I decided to call in and check on wait times. But that did not work. This was how it went when I called in. "Can you please tell me about how long it would take to get seated if I came in now?" Their not very customer centered response (definitely store centered, not customer service oriented)- "we can't give you guesstimates, there is a line, come on down."

This place is worth the wait! Coffee was excellent - not bitter or burnt like most diners and the food was well cooked. The home fries are to die for and the Veggie Benedict​ was just perfect. Although there was a long line, they were very organized and kept it moving quickly. Our server was very friendly. Only downside is that you feel a little rushed because the line is out the door at all times.

Have been coming here since I was a kid. Friendly staff and fast service. Food is amazing and they have a hot sauce that I love!
