Excellent experience all around. The sales guy was very helpful and informative about my financing options and helping choose the best bike for me , as this was my first bike. He didn't pressure me into a choice and was upfront about all the costs. Very fairly priced with no surprise fees. 

The service department is always friendly and helpful as well. I took my bike in for adjustments and they made sure everything was right before I left.

Twice in one week me and my husband went there to see bikes, and both times were treated very horrible. First time the gut that came to greet us didn't want to answer our questions about price matching, then brushed us off and told us to go across the street. Second time (same salesmen) my husband just wanted to test a bike to see the difference on CC's, and the guy gave attitude, tried to belittle my husband,  and literally threw the keys at him. I was appalled this establishment would have someone who not only ran customers away, but would insult them as well (especially since we have bought from them 3 years ago). Never again and i do not recommend no matter the price.

On JUNE/27/20017 I had by far the "WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE!!". At "KEN'S CYCLE" a little man seemed agitated and annoyed with my questions regarding how much the bike was worth, if I can test ride it and so forth. As a person that bought his first motorcycle from KEN'S CYCLE I would not recommend anyone to spend their hard-earned money with this establishment.

Syri is my daughter's name,but I Steven called up Justin in regards to fixing my pit bike last week.They ordered the part needed,and called me up today to bring it in.Unfortunately on my behalf I noticed an oil leak otw there.I discussed it with Justin upon arrival, and he said that he needed to order the piece for it,so I wouldn't be able to take it home for about another week.However;a few hours later Justin called me and my bike was fixed. To the ones that wish to post something negative about Ken Cycle, well I can back them.They are an awesome team who has my business. I  will be going there to buy my next pit bike. Thanks Ken Cycle
