45 Saturday evening. Looking to buy flowers for my wife's 40th birthday. Doors locked. Sign says 6 close. Employee is still in the store. I don't understand. I'm not allowed to conduct my business in that manner. Unacceptable

My husband and I ordered flowers from Kens for our wedding. Please beware before you purchase from this location! They didn't take out our payment for the flowers until 35 days after the purchase. Customer service was awful! The "manager" was even in disbelief when she saw what happened but offered absolutely no help. According to her "Becky" the payment transactions are processed through a third party provider. We will never use Kens again. Also we will be telling all of our friends getting married In the next few years!My husband and I are very upset . Beware!

Went in to buy a corsage for my prom date (I was late but hopeful) and asked the staff for one. They were busy but still helpful enough to where they picked one out from the back that wasn't already reserved. Get to my date's house and it turns out they sold me a boutonniere. For 32 dollars. Not going back for anything.

I would like to say I had wonderful customer service from Barbara Terrell at your Monroe location. She was pleasant and helpful while I was shopping. Thank you for the great service I will shop with you again and recommend you to friends and family.
