Husband and I have been preparing our taxes with Kenan for 8 years and we have followed him to 3 locations. He is knowledgeable and professional and has very affordable fees. Our fee is deducted from our return and the amount is consistent with what is quoted. When IRS needed additional information, Kenan was available to assist us. I referred my sister in NYC and she has been filing with him for 5 years. When you find a business you trust you share the experience and your loyalty.

Never go to this guy ever! Only reason I gave him 1 star is there isn't an option for anything less. He constantly lies, took my paperwork and disappeared for nearly 1 yr. Didn't return phone calls, and never filed anything for me. Be warned.

He was very unprofessional. He lied multiple times about putting my paper in the mail. It was an awful experience I received my paperwork almost two months after I filed. Just aweful service. If I could I wouldn’t give him one star. He treated my family that I referred to him completely aweful. I felt terrible making the referral.

This is the second time I do my taxes through him and there has been issues. He tells you one amount but ends up taking out a whole different amount. On top of that he messed up my fiance’s taxes and it took my fiancé two months after he filled to get his taxes because Kenan messed them up and then tried to blame it on him. Every time my fiancé would call or go see him in person there would always be a new excuse as to why he doesn’t know when my fiancé was gonna get his taxes. Even more he never ever gives you any papers or information to be able to look up your taxes . This will most definitely be the last time I ever go to him because of all the issues.
