I ordered flowers for my daughter’s birthday and was not happy with what she received. I contacted Kendall’s after hours and Sue Kendall called me the next morning. We discussed my displeasure with the arrangement and she offered to pick it up and make one with more color if I wanted her to. I told her that wouldn’t be necessary. 
It is difficult to order flowers online to be delivered in Chickasha Ok. If I order again I will be much more specific of what I am wanting.

Sue and her staff do a great job.  I always use Kendall's to send my mother flowers.

The worst place you ever want to go for flowers for funeral. Will not put the flowers on the arrangements that you ordered. She will claim that you did not order what you requested.
