Today I went to this location to get my daughter's necklaces fixed. She had it tangled, and I didn't want to break it. The ladies were very polite to me, and gave me an entire new replacement. Excellent customer and will be bringing my daughter and mother back to.shop.  your company is great now i know why my daughter loves to go there.

Went there with a broken necklace and a copy of the receipt. They replaced the necklace, no questions asked. Very nice staff.
