My cat is hyper sensitive to flea bites. She was having an allergic reaction to the bites and wouldn't stop scratching and digging until her back legs were almost raw over the course of several weeks. With the Dr's treatment for fleas and a steroid shot to boot to help give her some relief and the his persistence she's doing so much better. With some help of the staff giving tips and advice. They made a super stressful past few months much better. Thank you!

These people are definitely NOT client oriented. When I showed up early for an appointment for a Rabies shot I was told I'd have to come back later or reschedule another day. When I asked if they could be a little flexible, they said no. Since the round trip was 44 miles I expressed my displeasure. They asked me to leave and told met they would not accept me as their client. Then they actually called the Police on me!!! Animal Hospital of Waterville was much friendlier and gave me excellent service. My advice, stay away from Kennebec......

Last review was 5 stars. I'm changing this because since the last visit, which was over $500, for dehydration and "possible infection," one particular receptionist has become extremely nasty! Who talks to a client who's worried sick about their dog, with that much disrespect!? I refused to sign an admittance form because I was extremely uncomfortable with it... Permission to basically do whatever they felt necessary including surgery!! When I told the receptionist I was not comfortable signing that and that I was not going to admit him, she decided to talk down to me and treat me like I was the stupid one for not signing a document basically signing over my dog's life for any amount they decided to charge! She even laughed at me with another receptionist while I was right there! The only reason they're getting 1 star instead of 0, is because the vet there, I felt did care. I'm not going to fault an entire establishment for a few who are completely insensitive and obviously unprofessional.

Kennebec Veterian Services is the best. It is alittle more expensive, but my Babies are more then well worth it.
