Do NOT move here if you value your privacy for starters. Where do I begin? Well, the management is rude, unresponsive, and doesn't keep their word. Amanda Kieble has been intoxicated several times during work hours. I'm certain she's an alcoholic. Both the maintenance man, Travis, and Amanda have been seen together drinking beers while in the office. Speaking of Travis, BE AWARE!!! He's glares at every girl he sees, making it uncomfortable to even go outside while he's around. Those of you with children, especially young girls, should definitely reconsider their options. For those of you who do come to live here, document everything to protect yourself from these slumlords.
they do terrible repairs on the temple, and the manager here is even worse, always drunk and always doesn't remember what she's doing.
BEWARE OF THESE THINGS BEFORE CONSIDERING KENNEDY PARK: I moved to Kennedy Park Townhomes 5 years ago and lived there for 4 stressful years. There was an extremely high turnover rate amongst on-site management, maintenance personnel and tenants. The only part of the lease NLR Management adheres to is that which benefits them. Rent increased yearly, shoddy and almost non existent maintenance with the local police making many drug and domestic calls to these townhomes. My family did not feel safe. They promise potential tenants and tenants so much but deliver very little. Truthfully, I could not recommend these to my worst enemy.
if I could give this place no stars I would. I've never seen a place go through as many managers and maintenance people as this place. whenever I see that, it's obvious it's due to upper management. Could be such a nice place, but each time I go there it looks worse. I feel sorry for the people who live there.
We've been at Kennedy park for 5 months and we're ready to leave the last two months that we paid rent the property manager sends us letters stating we haven't paid she even goes as far as acting like she can't find our payments in the computer even though I recorded her taking the money orders this place is shotty!!
It's new and very nice
Those places are the worst built & maintained housing I've ever seen
