This place is great, I've never had a bad haircut from them! Free bang trims when you've had your hair cut there before, it's great.

Too pricey. They don't give you a choice of services at different price points for all budgets. Their attitude was basically take-it-or-leave-it. Not good customer service. I felt like I was at a car dealership that only sold 2018 models, because all the 2017 models were sold out and I was forced to pay full retail pricing! What a scam.

A+ customer service. Saw a great review on here and went to try it out. Dawn gave me the BEST haircut I've ever gotten, hands-down. The atmosphere had great vibes, which was a big relief!!!! (social anxiety). 5 stars for warm environment ( lady at the front was really nice), great prices, and an awesome haircut! I will definitely keep returning.

I recently moved back here to New Orleans to care for my mom. I was looking for a salon and Kenneth's was close to my home. They took me right away and said Dawn would be my stylist. She was fantastic. Best hair cut I ever got and color was PERFECT. I highly recommend DAWN BORDELON to everyone. Kenneth's is the best!!!!! I also thought the price was right for the superior job and professional stylist.
My search for salon and stylist is over😍

TOO EXPENSIVE 
Please don't waste your money. 
I had my hair highlighted, roots dye and a blow dry for $217.00 REALLY!
120.00 for the highlighting 
 67.00 to color my roots
 30.00 to blow dry with a brush
I am not complaining about the hairdresser, she was very nice and professional (Dawn).
It was my fault for not asking the price, but I believe I should have been told upfront either when I scheduled the appointment or came in to make sure  I was well informed.
Shame on you for ripping off people.
