WORST SERVICE EVER.  I CAME IN ON FRIDAY NIGHT JULY 28,2017. I CALLED EARLY AROUND 2PM SPOKE WITH KAYLA TO SCHEDULE A APPT.  MADE A APPT FOR 6PM.  ARRIVED ON TIME AN WAITED AN HOUR TO BE SEEN.  I FINALLY GOT UP AND LEFT.  NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. NO APOLOGY OR ANYTHING.  THE SALON WAS NOT BUSY AT ALL.  FIRST AND LAST TIME.  I'LL NEVER COME AGAIN.

I love it! My daughter and I got our hair done. And they did a excellent job. Explained everything they had planned to do, even asked me about any issues i had with my hair. They recommended products that would be beneficial for our hair as well. Can't wait for my next appointment!!!

When it comes to my hair and nails, I am super picky, very hard to satisfy! The staff here was so sweet and attentive to me! They listened to what I wanted,  and didn't want, and then proceeded to give me a beautiful cut and style that I absolutely love! 
Skill plus customer service makes a world of difference in any industry today because it is so far fetched, but Kenneth Schuler in Spartanburg has done a great job with combining the two!! Thank you Brianna Puckett ( and thank you to your instructor,I'm sorry I can't remember her name)!  I will definitley come back and I will give this school high recommendations to anyone that needs beauty services!

Lousy,slow,burn scalp.Went in around 12:30  came out at 4:00.Dont  recommend it at all.Black people hair is different from white people hair,she didn't know how to do it.
