My positive comment would be this company has quality units and security. I gave them a 3 because we moved out on the 2nd of the month and they would not work out any credit, so we had to pay the whole month. If you choose to go with them you would need to make sure you move out before the 1st as they will not make concessions for the month, even if you only use the unit for two days (I found this very disappointing and would not use them again because of the final outcome).
