My Boyfriend lost part of his tooth over Christmas weekend. After callung around that day to get answering machines we had to wait until Monday to try to schedule an appointment. I called 5 other dentists office, no one could see him until the following day or days. Kennewick Dental understood the emergency and was able to get him in that same day I called!
The receptionist was super nice and very helpful. They couldn't permanently fix the problem until the following day, but they were able to assess and releave the pain until they could see him for the permanent fix.

So happy with the customer care and urgency.
Time to make my appointment!!

I went to Kennewick Dental for years while I lived in the Tri Cities. Our whole family went there, and our kids loved "The smiley face dentist". 

I was always happy with the service and quality of work I received. I highly recommend Dr. Barney if you are looking for a dentist in Kennewick.

I grew up with a fear of going to the dentist, having had a lousy one as a kid.  As a result I have a lot of issues with my teeth, but finally found a dentist that I trust.  Even though I live in Seattle, I schedule my dentist visits when visiting back home just to come here.  Never any pain and he does a really good job of explaining what's going on.

I love going to this dental office!  We were clients of the previous dentist who left to pursue Oral Surgery and weren't sure if we would like the new dentist, but he is wonderful and we love it there.  We have great service and the staff remembers us and has conversations with us that are not just the trite things that people ask.  They seem to really care.  My kids love going and always ask when they get to go again.  They work around my husband's schedule and plan on him coming as the first appointment of the day so he can get to work.  AND as a bonus, you can listen to your choice of music, watch TV or movies, or even play video games instead of only paying attention to the drilling or suction noise.  
(Oh, and on occasion, they entertain my toddler while I'm occupied too.)

I’m a new patient of Tailor-Made Smiles. I broke a tooth and was in a lot of pain they got me in quickly. They were very friendly and empathetic. They made me feel very comfortable in their office. Dr Barney did a great job letting me know what we needed to do with my tooth and answered all my questions.  They tried very hard to make sure I was not in any pain. Not having dental insurance they have discount which makes it easier on the pocketbook. I was happy to find Tailor Made Smiles and feel I made a good choice calling them.
