Satisfactory work in the past, but recently they did work on my vehicle which they did not tell me they were going to do beforehand and charged me for it and when i brought it back the guy got upset and loud right away and after a few minutes of going back and forth about it he said "well fine i will take the part off and credit the money back but you won't be able to drive the car anywhere!" Everyone makes mistakes. That's not the issue. The way he handled it and how he would not own up to a small mistake and make it right for the customer was beyond belief. I was also told he was the owner of the place so that speaks volumes about it in general. After checking other reviews, it certainly looks like it's not uncommon for them to do that. While waiting to speak to someone about it i actually mentioned to the cashier and the other customer that was present that we've done business with them before and they're "good people" and i just wanted to be reasonable and for things to be made right. They definitely lost my business

Was staying at a local resort and had a tire with low pressure. Kelly's was close to downtown Bemidji. Staff was great, professional and checked all my tires. Replaced two tires for a great value. In & out in 45 mins. Watched them dealing with other general vehicle & engine repairs in a prompt manner, keeping the customers well informed.

Excellent business and great people. We needed an oil change while traveling from NC. They got us in and out promptly with the friendliest service we've ever encountered. We've also never been in such a clean service station.....the place was spotless! Highly recommended!

Kenny's Clark and Goodyear Services is truly among the best. Outstanding customer service, proud professional technicians, and great attention to detail. No matter the project, from German import sports coupe to family SUV they are ready to take it on and see it to a successful completion. 5/5; Professionalism / Expertise 5/5; Customer Driven Initiative 5/5; Affordability and Scheduling Flexibility *UPDATE: 11 April 17 Again, Kenny's was able to surpass all expectations. Their mechanics were able to complete a lengthy and complex repair in an extraordinarily small amount of time. We were surprised to hear that the repair was done so quickly when they called. The staff is always knowledgable, professional, and personable. There seems to be no task that they aren't willing to accomplish. Their expertise and care combine with their expedient repair time and reasonable prices will always keep us as returning customers.

They have full service if you pull up close to the doors - you don't have to get out and they check out fluids on the spot. Costs a bit more but can be worth it if you are immobile or just want to enjoy the lake view.
