Just pick up our beautiful new truck, went to several different dealers, Kent City Ford was the 
Most helpful and knowledgeable. John M. Was more than helpful when we decided to order our new truck.
Delivery was so easy and John went thru he truck with us and answered all our questions!
We would highly recommend KENT CITY FORD !!!

My other half and I traveled to Kent City Ford to look at a F-350. Prior to making the 1.5 hour drive, Nick called and spoke to John Marchell. He was very specific about our expectations and John assured us that this truck would meet, if not exceed them. We were skeptical, as sales people are trained to make everything sound great. We arrived at the dealership late morning and to our surprise. The truck was immaculate, as John described. 2 hours later, we were driving our New (pre-owned) truck home. John was great to work with. Very down to earth, not your typical "salesman" at all. They worked a deal with us and kept the process quick and painless. Definitely recommend John and Kent City Ford!
