Which one works least ... the patched-up cars or the sit around Sale Guys. They're all hot to go sell but follow-up and correction of problems are nonexistent. Also wonder how registered the workforce is ??? I-9 proof, federal/state withholdings, unemployment, workers comp ????

We called interested in some of the cars they had on the lot. We were disappointed to learn that there isn't a cash option or the option to use your own bank loan. You must do financing through them. We never got to find out about how their cars run or anything because we went somewhere we could use our own bank.

Anyone reading this needs to check Kentucky Auto Sales & Finance out! The place to go for great Honest Service! Thanks to Jordan and all the amazing staff at Ky Auto Sales! I have been having a blast on facebook with all the free giveaways! Just soon as I have a down payment; I will be in to get a car for me and my mom! Thank you for so much generosity during the Holiday Season (from Halloween till now) to everyone in your community. They don't keep their word on anything...there is no communication at all...Have a car from there and its about to fall apart they claim they fixed when they kept in a week and then want to charge for it that's not right and not what we were told when we got the car...and they was suppose to put a new tire on it and it splits in a week a new tire doesn't do that..and they harrasss over payment and I have never been late on my payment til now..I'm not satisfied at all especially at what they asking for the car its way too much with all the problems it has and more keep coming..I think they should give us another vehicle..what's so funny you can never talk to the owner they never let you talk to the owner..who knows maybe the owner is Susan??? Makes you wonder..maybe if they treat their customers better,keep their word and work with the customer they would get more bussines and better reviews..so I'm just saying from experience be aware of them...
