Came in person to get a certified copy and it took less than 10 minutes.  Very impressed with this state agency.  Make sure to park in the Visitor parking area that is to the west of the Human Resources Building, otherwise you will end up circling for a spot.

I ordered a Birth cert on jan 03 2018 and I still have not received it and I ordered it through there website Vitalcheck. Paid 20 dollars and I still don't have my birth cert.. I lost my wallet I cant get a new driver license because I don't have a birth cert. This is unacceptable and I have complained and they said i have to wait another 30 days before they will resend my order. completely unacceptable.

Was in and out to get a birth certificate within like 10 minutes! Easy process. 
Lots of PokeStops outside, too. 
Parking lot is hella confusing
