The state of Kentucky and Louisville really need to take more pride in this location and the employees that are paid to run it. There needs to be some type of investigation into what's really going on in this place. It is insane to walk in here and be treated like trash and for these employees to feel like they are better than anyone is crazy. I can't even explain the way you all treat people, and you all need to look deep down into yourself before you judge anyone. I would never want my child to go to school, work or ever walk by one of y'all. Now I'm sure there's a couple of y'all that are great people, but I didn't see you or you while I was there.. And trying to get to someone over the phone is none existent, I've tried for three days now different hours of the day. I would come up there and deal with all of you your all's  smirking and want to have authority over someone ol' sign in there and sit down lookin' boy. I can't though, I live out of state now. Kentucky, PLEASE WALK IN HERE ONE DAY AND MAKE A CHANGE FOR YOUR PEOPLE! If you're over this program, you need to walk in or call one day to see what's going on..

Cant evet get a representative on the phone!! I Held for 35 mins one tine.Thwn got a automated voice saying that no one was available and it hung up!! TERRIBLE SERVICE.

I went to this branch office and it closed permanently Feb 16. The note on the door referred me to 600 W Cedar, Louisville, for KY Unemployment.

Can't get  ahold of them to save my life. 

The only people that I can get to help is the tech support.
