KBS did an outstanding job of installing a central AC system in our 45+ year old house with forced hot water heat.  There were lots of challenges that were overcome with clever solutions. All of the air handling equipment and major duct work were installed in the attic, leaving the basement free of any duct work.  Highly recommend this group.

We have a house with retrofitted central AC system. After we bought it a year ago, we have discovered that the AC system is barely working and not really cooling air. It was also cooling very unevenly throughout the house. When we tried to find an HVAC company to replace the system we have learned that our house has very low attic and it is almost impossible to make a replacement. So after we have talked to more than fifteen companies, no one wanted this job at acceptable cost or they were suggesting to add a utility closet in the middle of the house. At last, we have invited Kermit Schultz and Sons Inc. They have spent a lot of time trying to find good technical solution to this challenge. Finally, they have suggested a dual system (Central Air/mini split). They have done their job quickly and efficiently. Both systems work like a charm. The price we paid to Kermit Schultz and Sons Inc. is lower than the price estimates of most other HVAC companies. 
We would highly recommend this company!

When the AC company I had used for 8 years abandoned me, I needed help during the hottest stretch of summer. KBS came to the rescue. Betty quickly found the part needed to repair the system and KBS had the manpower to get a tech out to install it the same day the part was available.  KBS fixed immediately what my prior AC company (who installed the system) could not fix in 3 weeks of trying.  The KBS tech was on-time and polite and the work was done quickly and neatly.  I own 5 properties in this area and I know all the local AC companies. KBS is the best by far.

Kermit B Schulz & Sons originally installed both out heating and whole house cooling systems 16 years ago and we are very satisfied with their professionalism, installation and service. 
Unfortunately   this year our A/C system required a major repair. Kermit B Schulz & Sons was contacted and I was able to not only quickly schedule a service call that identified the problem but I was able to receive a quote for the repair.
Kermit B Schulz & Sons presented multiple repair scenarios for us as well as presenting a possible system replacement that would be energy efficient over our present unit.  The work was scheduled and  Kermit B Schulz & Sons executed the removal , installation and complete check out of the new system.
I would highly recommend Kermit B Schulz & Sons for nay heating and cooling needs.

I recently had a new boiler and water heater installed. Kermit B Schulz was amazing with setting up the job and the follow through.They treated my home as if was their own. Their work was excellent and they 
left the job broom clean.
The staff is also excellent to deal with. especially Brian Anderson. Betty in the office was great, she set up my appointment and helped get the job scheduled in a timely manner. I like that she takes the time to explain anything you do not understand concerning how the job is done.
All the staff that worked my project were very knowledgeable. and polite.
