Had a great experience w/ Kerns Ford-Lincoln. I spotted the vehicle on Friday evening had the paperwork done w/ in an hr w/ Del at the Celina location. Car was delivered on Monday afternoon. Cleaned up and gas in the tank. Thanks so much Kerns! U rock!

Not a long wait for an appointment. Took care of needed service, explained what was done, and got me out in a timely manner. Friendly people all around.

Not happy at all. Didn't offer any sort of warranty but they did for my parents. These people could have been honest at the least and told me that there is an electrical issue. Dash lights blinking when head lights are on. "Went through our service dept." YEAH RIGHT

Bought a used 2012 Dodge Caravan, 98,000 miles, in late December.  A real mark down price too!   Acceleration seemed jumpy from the start but husband and I just assumed we had to get used to a different van.  Engine light came on three days later for thermostat issues.  Acceleration continued being dodgy but not obviously so until three months later, it was clear something was really wrong.  Exactly three months from purchase, transmission is totally shot.  Bad luck or bad dealer, I don't know?  We won't buy here again.  Especially after I saw our crapper of a trade in (a 2002 Dodge Caravan with over 200,000 and on it's LAST LEG, which were given $500 for and were shocked we even got that....it was re-listed at Kern's for $5,000!!!!  After hoping no one bought that van, it really made me worry about what kind of van we had actually purchased, and I think 3,700 in a new transmission proves my fears were founded.)  What a bummer.

They did a great job with servicing and contacting warranty for my Ford F-150!  Great service and provided updates regarding process!
