True Professionlism from Kerr Mechanical team.  
I want to share my very positive experience with the owners Jason and Bob who personally showed up at my building to assess ths water main issue for my rental property.  They were contacted on Friday afternoon and committed to be there the next day/Saturday to replace the busted water main pipe and install a new copper plumbing from the sidewalk b-box to my building.  They were able to do this job with hardly any damage to the sidewalk and concrete entry way.  Jason also took care of all the permit process and inspection on the next working day (Monday).  Kerr Mechanical has been in business for a long time and I really appreciate their level of professiolism and expertise to get the job done right.  I have already referred them to anybody who I shared my experience and will continue to do so.  I HIGHLY recomment Kerr Mechaincal and their plumbing division 'Intelligent plumbing' to anyone who needs small or big plumbing jobs.  Very easy going and nice to do business with.

3 years ago when I purchased my home, I was in desperate need of a new hot water heater. I contacted Kerr Mechanical because they were a local company and I was referred due to their great work. Jason came out with my new Bradford White hot water heater and the installation was great! They took away the old one and all was good. 

Last week, my hot water heater suffered a small leak under the tank and I needed help...I contacted Jason again regarding the issue and he came out immediately! We found that the tank needed to be replaced and was still under warranty. Jason got me a brand new Bradford White heater and installed it in under 10 minutes!!! He took away the other and we are back with hot water! I was only without hot water for a few hours.  I didn't have to do anything!

This was excellent service!! Very quick, clean and professional. Kerr Mechanical stands by the products they install and they were there at the drop of a hat to correct the problem. I can't say enough good things about this company, they are the best!!!

"Jason responded to my online request within 15 minutes. Neal came to my home to look at the primary issue regarding the toilet fill valve. He was prompt, friendly and did his work with quality. He explaned the issue and resolution. The problem was repaired the same day. Neal had all the tools and parts he needed with him. I highly recommend this company. I'll be using this company for all of my plumbing needs in the future."

00am had a water heater explode. Totally vulnerable. Called them, they answered, was there in 56 minutes. Fixed for less than I thought. Did not sell me a new one. 2 more visits on toilets and new fixture. Sold. Owner even called me to say thatnks.
