I can't say enough good things about Wally Kerr and Kerr Team Real Estate. Wally did a great job estimating the value of our home and we received a full price offer.  We encountered some title problems that had to be dealt with and Wally kept the deal together and got it over the finish line and closed. We never had a question that they couldn't answer timely and professionally. You find out how good your realtor really is when something unexpected occurs. Wally Is great!

I sold 9 individual duplexes with Patrick Moore.  They had a new potential buyer, almost every day.   I loved the email feedback from all the potential buyers.  All the duplexes sold fast and at a great price.

Excellent job, and I would definitely recommend the Kerr Team and especially Patrick Moore!!

Really enjoyed working with Angie Spears. I have an unusual health problem (environmental illness) that makes it difficult for me to find a suitable place. So Angie probably had to show me quite a few more homes than her average client. But she was always patient, always friendly, always on time for appointments, always patiently answered my text questions day or night. She made what could have been a tedious process kind of fun. I can highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a home!

I have used the Kerr Team before, and they get better every time I have used them.  They were prompt in answering questions, following up with appointments and keeping me informed every week.  Wally is very knowledgeable about the market, the different areas of real estate, and I felt confident in his ability to sell my home.  He explained the steps at every point and made sure I understood the entire process.  His team is always on top of the situation and closing went smoothly.   They work well together and I would highly recommend them to anyone selling or buying a home.

Paul at Kerr Team Real Estate was simply amazing. He went above and beyond for us during the house hunting process. He was very patient with us and always made sure we weren't looking at houses with a lot of problems. He really knew what to look out for and steered us away from any houses with issues. Paul was there for us through every step of our home buying experience. We can't wait to tell our friends and use him again when we re-sell!!!
