Shipping is extremely slow. I have ordered items from all over the world, including GUCCI and Valentino in Italy and Dior from France, never this tardy… especially when paying $73 for shipping and close to $100 in Duties and Taxes, I would expect better, speedy service.  For the entire week, I have only been receiving advertising emails on a daily basis, instead of shipping/delivery status.

I have never commissioned a price of art before and rarely even buy art so I was a little nervous. Kerri’s process was so smooth it turned out exactly the way we wanted it. The perfect size, perfect colors and of course the unique whimsical design that Kerri is known for. The painting makes the room and we are thrilled with the final product.

Kerri Rosenthal and her staff are absolutely wonderful!  Her store in Westport is incredible, filled with one of kind items designed by Kerri.  The Cashmere sweaters are so luxurious, all of her clothing is so much fun, just what the world is looking for right now.  I have seen published interiors by Kerri and they are really so chic-I had a small room I needed help with and they were so helpful and on target with a terrific solution and so easy and fun to work with.  A gem in the heart of Westport.

I love everything about this store and brand! The beautiful art, luxury clothing, and home decor brings so much happiness into my life. Kerri Rosenthal and her team are so amazing and welcoming. The new flagship store is definitely a must see!

I live in NYC though I visit Kerri's store every couple of months and always find a must have artistic, home decor or fashionable clothing item... Kerri's store is my happy place! She is the sweetest and most fashionable person I've ever met!

A true Westport's destination!! The most welcoming staff and beautiful curation of Kerri's artwork and clothes. The best place to get a gift for a friend, a loved one, and yourself!!! It really is the happy place!!

Cute store but grossly over priced with quality and customer service issues. Would absolutely NOT recommend interior design projects with KR; major buyer beware. You will get put on the back burner and your project will never be completed if a more “exciting” opportunity comes up, no matter how much you’ve paid her. Check out: D2 Interieurs, Windy O’Conner, Eskayel, Merideth Grabham or Lindsey Cowles as alternatives.

Kerri Rosenthal and her team are amazing! They were so helpful when I was last in, and they create such a happy and fun environment to shop in. The new flagship store is wonderful, I definitely recommend checking it out.

Being a part of the local design community I have, on occasion, had the pleasure of working with Kerri, professionally. She is an extraordinary designer and artisan who's pleasant and cheerful creations are clearly a reflection of her personality.

Been a Fan for years.  Love the super cool art, home goods and chic clothing.  The customer service is great  and the new flagship store is a must see.
