I decided to try smaller hospital because of convenience/easier access for procedures and labs vs larger hospital. The personnel were nice, but business office couldnt get my billing correct. I had 2 insurances and still 2 yrs later fighting a collection that should have never happened. Business office never answers calls and do not return phones calls. Too bad business office practices will keep me from using this hospital again!
