Kurt was awesome with which to deal.  He listened as to what we wanted in a vehicle.  Although we intended to purchase a new vehicle, Kurt showed us a couple of used vehicles as well.  We decided upon one of the used vehicles which truly was "like brand new".

Very thorough and upfront with what needed to be done and costs. Work was done well and on time. Extremely friendly folks and great service. Informed us of possible future work that may be needed. Extremely satisfied and will be returning with our other vehicles.

Ketterhagen Ford is a five star operation, and my most recent service appointment did not disappoint.  I showed up at the dealership for my appointment, and parked and gave my keys to the Service Manager.  I sat down in a chair in the showroom, and I perused the morning newspapers provided by Ketterhagen Motors.  By the time, I had finished looking at the newspaper, the Service Manager came to me and said my truck servicing was done. So, I went to the Cashier desk and picked up my service paperwork.  I browsed it, and noted there were no issues with my truck.  Sometimes, the service paperwork would show me if I had an issue that needed correction, and I would schedule an appointment for resolving the issue.  

I paid the Cashier and picked up my keys and the service paperwork and drove back home.  

Everything with the service appointment was top-notch, as every other aspect of how Ketterhagen Motors does business is the same - top notch.

Kurt and his staff couldn't be more helpful.  We bought our Ford Escape and have been so pleased with the vehicle and the warm reception and efficient service when we also return for all of our service needs.  This should be your first and only stop when shopping for a vehicle in Whitewater.

Honest, unpretentious people who treat customers like family. Great service, reasonable prices. Kurt's grandfather started the dealership and Kurt works hard to protect the reputation and legacy of his father and grandfather. I've never seen anyone walk into the dealership that Kurt didn't greet by name from memory. As long as I live within a 100 mile radius, I'll keep coming here.
