Terrible service! We started a policy for my 23 year old daughter who is a new driver on July 21, 2017 and gave banking information to the agent who never charged my credit card to start my daughters policy. They even had the nerve to issue us a temporary Identification card with policy number via email!!!!  ;-( My daughter has been driving for over 30 days with no insurance!!!!!!!!   ;-(   This is absolutely unacceptable!!!  ;-(
